As we near the end of the Clubman Tourers website (30 June) and move completely to the Clubman Facebook Page, it is now time for everyone who would like to continue to stay connected with this community to move across to Facebook.

We have been trialing this space for a couple of months and there have been some learnings. If you are not exactly sure how to to get the most out of this space or would just like a refresher or to ask questions, please join us online on Thursday 12th June at 6.30pm.

Its that time of year. The bike club needs to have an Annual General Meeting. Financial reports and the selection/appointment of a new committee for the year to come happen at the AGM.

This year we are again going to do the meeting by Zoom to maximise the opportunities for members to participate. So its at 7pm on Thursday 29th September.

The Zoom link will be added to this ride forum post when its available so watch this space.

Clubman Tourers Annual General Meeting; Merton Hotel, Rozelle

We will hold the club's AGM on the 3rd September at the Merton Hotel. At the AGM we oversee the election and/or appointment of a new club committee, get reports from the Treasurer and auditors and generally make sure the club is tracking along ok. There is a formal process for nomination of someone to be on the committee which we will post separately about.

And before we do the formal stuff we will, of course, eat, drink and be merry.

Hello Esteemed Club Members,

and those that are not. The next General Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday 20th February evening.

I heartily invite you ALL to attend to discuss matters of importance, past rides and plan for future rides (it's what we do)... It's always a hoot catching up and there's a lot happening.

And the food and venue are both excellent.

Turn the TV off.. come along for a chuckle...
