We are planning a trip up north to QLD over Easter / Anzac Day 2019.  

There will be an option for pillions to fly in / out on Monday 22 from the Gold Coast or Wed evening from the Sunshine Coast. ( I have to fly home from Coolangatta on the Monday night and will  fly back into the Sunshine Coast on the Wed night)

This is a ride designed for those unique club Members that have a LOT on with kids, parents, sports, ballet concerts, shopping, lawn mowing and Spring Cleaning... you get have a fang (easy ride) and get your chores done as well. Win/Win... so...

Join us for breakfast at Mt White Road Warriors Cafe, followed by a ride at your leisure. You can go home or go on... freedom of choice is a wonderful thing.

Dirt route for single cylinder bikes or competent riders on multi cylinder adventure bikes: route will be from Zig Zag railway, Blackfellas Hand, Garden of Stones and Turong Gates.

2018, it’s been 2 years since the last desert ride and I figure it’s a good time to go again.

I understand the ride itinerary may clash with other rides already set, however it is what it is.
I've spent too long trying to organise things around other peoples schedules and they’ve either pulled out or cancelled on me, so the lesson learnt is set a date and stick to it for future rides. Unfortunately this ride can’t be later as it gets too hot, and not sooner as I’m not yet prepared.

Bowral Tulip Festival day ride

Moonan Cottage Via Barrington Tops

This is a 420km ride to Moonan Cottage at Moonan Brook via Dungog (lunch) and Gloucester (to pick up supplies).  From Gloucester there are two options, the more direct route over Barrington Tops, approximately 60km of easy dirt, or the more interesting route to the north through Tomalla. We did this last year and it's about 90km of smaller dirt roads.

Moonan Cottage and bunk house is self catering and you will need to bring your own linen, pillow and towels.  Dinner will be a BBQ and we'll pick up supplies in Gloucester on the way.
