Ok, it's in August and we are heading out west and even throwing in a bit of altitude. So we know its going to be cold BUT that also means we will have the roads to ourselves - both dirt and tar. Perfect for a dual sport weekend away. Put on your warm riding gear, plug in those heated vests and gloves, you know that it's going to be WAY more fun than staying put in Sydney.....

Come to Nonnas for dinner next door to Frasers in Concord.  Great italian food. More importantly we have been offered a tour at 630 before dinner of the Fraser ducati collection.  This is upstairs in Frasers and includes some rare and exotic Ducatis.  Following this is a tour of the workshop.... depending on numbers there is the possibility of watching a dyno run in the workshop.

This year its back to the beach for the annual Clubman Xmas weekend away at Birubi Beach Holiday Park in Anna Bay. Its a fabulous location nestled between 2 national parks, a beach on one side and an inlet on the other.

Clubman Tourers Annual General Meeting; Merton Hotel, Rozelle

We will hold the club's AGM on the 3rd September at the Merton Hotel.  At the AGM we oversee the election and/or appointment of a new club committee, get reports from the Treasurer and auditors and generally make sure the club is tracking along ok.  There is a formal process for nomination of someone to be on the committee which we will post separately about.  

And before we do the formal stuff we will, of course, eat, drink and be merry.

Ho Ho Ho Join us for Christmas in July  on Saturday 20th July. 

Accommodation is on hold in Gloucester, at the motel we stayed at on the Easter trip. Dinner will either be catered in house or at one of the restaurants in town, just working on costings at the moment

The club's annual rally, the Boree Log will be on the weekend of 17/18 August at the usual site at Spencer, generously made available  by Eve and Cedric for decades now.  

In order to prepare for the event we are having a working bee at the site two weeks prior.  Tidying up, slashing the site, preparing for the bonfire, preparing the toilet etc etc.  Can't hold the Boree Log without it!
